Kukicha is a unique green tea made of the stems, twigs and stalks of the tea plant. After organic tea leaves are harvested, they are steamed and rolled in small batches into a Sencha green tea; then stems, twigs, and stalks are sorted out and roasted at a medium temperature. The resulting flavor is nutty, creamy and slightly sweet.

Brewing Instructions To enrich well-being, steep 1-2 minutes at 165°F. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
