Preparation Time: 2 1/2 hours.
Makes 1 pitcher.
Simple Syrup: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from heat. Steep 4 tea bags in water for 5 minutes. Add saucepan back to heat and bring water to a low boil. Slowly add in 1 cup sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
Iced Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and pour over 6-8 tea bags; steep 5 minutes; let cool. In a pint glass, muddle jalapeños; add Ginger Pu•erh simple syrup and muddle again. Mix enough cooled tea in with muddled mixture to fill pint glass; mix well, pouring mixture from one pint glass to another. Using a strainer to catch the jalapeños, pour pint glass liquid over a pitcher. Add remaining cooled tea and lemonade. Fill with ice. In Good Health!
