Our Chinese Breakfast black tea includes the flavorful golden tips of the tea leaves to create this gourmet Yunnan style of tea. It is malty and full-bodied with lingering floral notes.
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour over a bag of Chinese Breakfast. Steep 4-5 minutes while keeping your balance. This tea is strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
This tea, known as Dian Hong, is from Yunnan, China - the birthplace of tea. Many ethnic tribes in this majestic moutnainous region have cultivated this tea since the Dian Dynasty.
